What a fitting tribute to flashback Friday than looking back at Diego Loyzaga's version of Macy. How I wished his single for this song was released way back then. I guess management was afraid he might overshadow the main lead for the show back then. Boo-Hoo! To this day, I pray that Diegs will someday release his own recording album. He's truly deserving! >.< 

I do miss Diegs on primetime... miss his Jay Fernandez character... miss his musicality and the Time Machine Band performances. >.< I sure hope we get to watch him again soon!

Flashback Friday: Bringing Back DiegoLiza FanArts

What fitting tribute to a year-old blog than to bring back some of my most favorite fanarts of DiegoLiza. >.< They may have been more popular as JayNes as they co-starred on 'Forevermore,' but to me, it doesn't matter what they're called. Diego Loyzaga and Liza Soberano will always be DiegoLiza to me... and I'd still like to call myself a DLizters, more than just Digsters (Diego's Official Fan Club). >.<

It may take time -- or even a miracle -- before Diegs & Liza even star together again, so I suppose my DLizters heart will be on snooze mode for a while. They still remain, for me, my most favorite OTP. >.<

Perfect for flashback Friday! A collage of JayNes hugs... awwww! >.< It has been a year... but to this day, my heart beats for my DiegoLiza OTP. I suppose there are things that don't just go away he-he-he. For me, this is one of them.

When I look back to the 'series that was' I will remember Jay and Agnes, and the friendship that they had. #BFFgoals Too bad Jay didn't win the girl, huh? He would have in real life though. Ha-ha! >.<

Anyway, I will have some newer updates in the next few days as I got to meet Diegs for the fourth time! Weeeee...

Throwback to a year ago... will remain my OTP... DiegoLiza tandem! Oh my JayNes heart... it's on snooze mode I suppose. Right now, Liza Soberano has moved on to bigger projects. She has starred on two movies and a new teleserye. Diego Loyzaga, on the other hand, got to be part of the PSY remake. He also had a cameo role on a StarCinema movie. But he has yet to be launched as a main lead... >.< 

It's my big wish that the DiegoLiza tandem will one day get to work together on a project... #wishfulthinking #dreamcometrue

For now, I can't wait to watch more of Diegs. I hope he gets to record his own album soon too! He really sings well. Love listening to his voice! >.<

Alas, for flashback Friday, I'm bringing back this fan-made video for JayNes.. jamming with the La Presa gang. So nostalgic indeed! >.<

Diego Loyzaga, with a guitar, singing live... *thud* I watched the video again.. the effect on me is the same.. <SIGH> The DiegoLiza tandem had so much potential... too bad it wasn't totally explored... oh well! >.< I will always be a DLizters at heart! Yes, I coined that term myself too! >.<

Alas, I'd love to watch more of Diego. I guess in the next few projects, I would have to contend with his new tandem. That's life! But I know that Diegs knows I will always be a DiegoLiza fan. That's enough for me! >.<

One of the last few JayNes moments on the series that was from a year ago. Yes, time flies by too fast indeed! Honestly, I have not totally moved on from the DiegoLiza tandem. Although, I may ship another tandem at present, this tandem is the first that I have held on to for this long. >.<

Only time can tell whether Diego Loyzaga and Liza Soberano will ever get to work together again. It may take as long as the CharDawn tandem... who knows? Ha ha ha... Will I still be around then? >.<

Saturday Screencaps: From My Tumblr Archive Series 4

The thing with soap operas on TV is that they're full of drama. CRAP! I'd say but that's just my opinion. To be honest, I hardly watch anymore. I'm waiting till my fave artist will be on, then I will watch. >.< I got hooked on the book 2 of "Forevermore" 'coz of the introduction of the new character of Diego Loyzaga. Personally, the protagonist Agnes was pretty cool at the start of the series. Her characterization became crappy on the second book. In the end, only the presence of Jay made the show tolerable to watch. >.<

I used to have a thing or two about commenting on the show. I stopped doing it when writers seemed to be getting my ideas and twisting them... not to my favor! Ha ha ha. I know right? If I wanted my own story I should write it myself. That I should have done for Jay and Agnes. I did want them to end up together. >.< But past is past... let's just move on to bigger and better stories...

For lack of the latest materials on Diego Loyzaga, let me move some of my Tumblr posts about him. Honestly, I didn't realize there are lots of them. LOL! Seems blogging has always been a hobby of mine. >.<

Diego's character Jay sang to Liza's character Agnes. The Time Machine Band won the Battle of the Bands. Jay, Agnes' knight in shining armor, always manages to cheer her up and make her smile. Ahhh, I personally think it foolish that Agnes wouldn't fall for a guy such as Jay. <SIGH> Oh well, if I had a hand in writing this story, I would have made it a Jay-Agnes 'happy ever after' ending. >.<

Throwback Thursday: Jay, Jay, JayNes, JayNes, JayNes

Isn't it quite obvious that I miss this tandem -- DiegoLiza / JayNes? Yeah, my original OTP... the ship that sank before it even got a chance to sail! LOL! >.< Well, for now, I have ALDUB... I still enjoy watching esp. the Kalyeserye. But I'm amazed at the JaDine tandem for becoming Team Real! Wow! Even I was shocked at that revelation... who would have thought huh? It was certainly unexpected... by me naturally! >.<

For now, I'm just posting the rest of the photos I still have on file. That way, they can be shared to all Diego & Liza fans & shippers out there! >.< I can't wait for Diego's upcoming projects... wish I'll have more time to watch Liza's soap opera too... oh well!

I hope the day will come when Diego Loyzaga & Liza Soberano could be paired with each other again. Inshallah! >.<

It's not only time for throwback Thursday, but it's also Christmas Eve... May you enjoy your celebration with your loved ones and family. Do show them appreciation and express how much you love them. You never know who will still be with you come next Christmas! >.<

There were lots of JayNes / DiegoLiza moments on the 'series that was' that I truly miss. Alas, it seems that my original OTP won't be working together again any time soon. Tragic indeed! >.< For that, I'm so thankful there's ALDUB! It's #ALDUB23rdWeeksary imagine that! >.<

My heart still beats for JayNes / DiegoLiza. I suppose only time will tell if the tandem would one day get the chance to work together again. Inshallah! >.< For now, I'm more excited for the MMFF opening tomorrow wherein my current OTP ALDUB have the 'My Bebe Love' movie! Yikee! >.<

It's that time of the week... just when my other OTP celebrates its weeksary (#ALDUB19thWeeksary), I'm reminded of my original OTP -- JayNes / DiegoLiza. At this point in time, I probably have given up on actively pushing or shipping these two. But deep within me, I'll always be hopeful that Diego Loyzaga and Liza Soberano would get to work again as a tandem in the future. >.< #wishfulthinking #dreamcometrue #makeithappen

Flashback Friday: Diego Loyzaga as Jay Fernandez -- Memorable Scene (Part 15)

It's another flashback Friday edition once more! How time flies indeed! Diego Loyzaga's Jay Fernandez character was truly one of the memorable ones for me in terms of teleserye history. I've never liked a character this much before... I could really say I can hardly look back without feeling even a slight pang of longing for the DiegoLiza / JayNes tandem on the series that was. For me, it was one of those "serendipitous moments that didn't get explored right." Tsk tsk.. truly one that got away! >.< How sad indeed!
