Jay's down to earth and jolly character fits in perfectly with the people of La Presa. Diego Loyzaga's musicality sure came in handy in this role as Jay. Loved it that he could jam and sing with the guys of La Presa... more roles like this for Diegs pls! #dreamcometrue

Take me back Tuesday to the time when Diego Loyzaga & Liza Soberano were playing Jay & Agnes on the series that was. I loved them to bits! I still do... I guess there are some things you don't get over.. it will be as constant as night and day. >.< 

Diegs no doubt sings so well. I'm waiting for the day he will get to record his own album! As for Liza, performing with Diegs sure helps encourage her musicality as well. Plus, for me, they look really good together. Oh well! >.< At this point, only time can tell if the DiegoLiza tandem will still get another chance at it. >.<

Take Me Back Tuesday: From My Tumblr Archive Series 7

One of my fave characters on TV will always be Jay Fernandez, played by Diego Loyzaga on the series that was. He's such a bubbly, straightforward character that you'll simply find him lovable. Well, I suppose some would disagree with me, but that's my opinion. I liked his character way better than the main lead one. >.< Funny, but when I think back, I started a fan fiction based on Jay's character. Yeah, I still haven't finished it. It would be a spin off of the FM scenario but would be different as the story goes along. Naturally, it would be Jay who would win out in the end. HA! It's my story... >.<

How I wish that the DiegoLiza / JayNes tandem could still have a shot at a future project together, playing different characters... but ending up together. They simply look good together. <SIGH> Real life is stranger than fiction.. so they say..

Take Me Back Tuesday: Birthday Greetings for Diego Loyzaga

And it's finally made available to the viewing public. I've seen this video a few times, back when it was privately shared among Digsters members only. I guess Diego Loyzaga has finally seen it, so now it's up for the public to see. I'm part of the video too... can you guess which part? Tee hee hee... >.<

Take Me Back Tuesday: Diego Loyzaga on Working with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla

I'm totally elated to watch more of Diego Loyzaga on primetime TV after the series that was ended. It's the second TV series where Diego would once more play third wheel.. this time to a more popular tandem -- Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, more popularly known as KathNiel. Personally, I have nothing against shipping tandems as long as fans KEEP IT REAL. Nowadays, fantards seem to have trouble differentiating REEL vs. REAL. I truly hope that it would be the last time that Diego would be tapped as a third wheel, as he definitely has more than what it takes to be a main lead. Of course, my main choice of leading lady for Diego is none other than Liza Soberano. I was totally impressed with their onscreen presence on their last project together. I hope it won't be their last. I would keep hoping and praying for another DiegoLiza tandem project. #nothingisimpossible #whentherighttimecomes #makeithappen

For now, I'll sit back, relax, and enjoy supporting Diego on his latest project -- the PSY remake. I do believe it's a good vehicle for him to polish his acting chops, as he's working alongside more veteran actors. I can't wait till he's ready to be the star of his own series. Inshallah! >.<

Take Me Back Tuesday: Diego Loyzaga Attended 'The BreakUp Playlist' Premiere Night

Although Diego Loyzaga only had a cameo role in the movie 'The BreakUp Playlist' top-billed by Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual, I was so happy that he was able to attend the premiere night at the SM Megamall last June 30th. Diego walked the red carpet with his movie leading lady, Maris Racal, who was a runner-up in the PBB (Pinoy Big Brother) All In reality TV show. >.<

Below, Diego and Maris shared what it was like working with Sarah G and Piolo on the movie. >.< I am totally ecstatic that Diego got that chance of working with two of the country's biggest stars in the showbiz industry today! Take Me Back Tuesday: Diego Loyzaga Has Got What It Takes!

Remember this article from Mr. Nestor Torre of Inquirer? I would totally agree that Diego Loyzaga truly has got what it takes to make it in Philippine showbiz. After all, as Mr. Torre has pointed out, Diego has that "unique combination of charismatic good looks and performing talent."

I personally believe that Diego has done really well in the series that was as Jay Fernandez. It's also good to see him on primetime nightly on the PSY remake as David. Plus, he was also included in the movie "The Breakup Playlist." I hope that his career path is being planned well by Star Magic. In the highly competitive showbiz world, an artist is only good as his last performance. I hope that Diego continues to leave his mark on more upcoming projects. >.< I also hope he would get to work with Liza Soberano once again. If you're watching teleserye nightly, you wouldn't miss David on Pangako Sa 'Yo. He's the aide-de-camp of Governor Buenavista played by Ian Veneracion. However, this is "Take Me Back Tuesday" so let's all have a look at all the other characters that Diego Loyzaga has played in the past...

For me, Diego is one of those teen stars who has survived puberty and made a successful transition to adulthood. He's HOTTER now, don't you agree? Think the likes of Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom)... I can't wait to watch more of Diego Loyzaga on his upcoming projects... Perhaps next time around, we can add movie characters to his portfolio? >.<
