Throwback Thursday: From My Tumblr Archive Series 2

It's time for throwback Thursday. Part 2 of the series from my Tumblr archive. Screencaps from the TV series 'Forevermore.' Remember this "beat the smiley" scene? LOL! >.< Yeah, perhaps Diego Loyzaga's character Jay sometimes comes off as overconfident, but hey, I love the guy! He's bubbly, cheerful, and just so HOT... with a "killer smile" too. >.< Agnes was torn between her old flame and her doting BFF. Unfortunately for folks like me who are shipping DiegoLiza, local TV soaps favor loveteams. The third wheel is doomed from the very beginning. He NEVER wins the girl. It doesn't even matter if he is more good-looking or his character is more lovable. <SIGH> Well, I've learned my lesson - I think. I've stopped watching local soap operas. >.<

I guess I'm waiting for the day when the third wheel will win out. Till that time, most TV shows offer nothing really new. >.< Actually, I can't wait for Diegs' next project. I hope he starts filming or taping soon!

Way Back Wednesday: From My Tumblr Archive

For lack of the latest materials on Diego Loyzaga, let me move some of my Tumblr posts about him. Honestly, I didn't realize there are lots of them. LOL! Seems blogging has always been a hobby of mine. >.<

More so, I've started loving the DiegoLiza tandem since they first shared a scene together! To this day, it remains to be my original OTP. I dream of them working together again someday. #wishfulthinking #dreamcometrue #pleasemakeithappen

Diego's character Jay sang to Liza's character Agnes. The Time Machine Band won the Battle of the Bands. Jay, Agnes' knight in shining armor, always manages to cheer her up and make her smile. Ahhh, I personally think it foolish that Agnes wouldn't fall for a guy such as Jay. <SIGH> Oh well, if I had a hand in writing this story, I would have made it a Jay-Agnes 'happy ever after' ending. >.<

Diego Loyzaga Fashion

Dressed for casual or slightly formal, I believe Diego Loyzaga carries it well! So good to see him endorse Bench clothing. I hope that he will be joining the Bench Fashion Show later this year. >.<

For me, Liza Soberano is like a life-sized Barbie doll. Tee hee! She is the prettiest teen star today. I truly love finding her 'all-made-up' IG photos shared by her stylist or make up artist. Bet they couldn't help themselves but admire this gorgeous young lady! >.<

I'd love to see her portray many more roles. Hope one day she'll break free from her current LT. Inshallah! #dreamcometrue

Diego Loyzaga Interview on Hotspot

More than anything else, I hope and pray that the case will be resolved soon in favor of Diego Loyzaga. Here, Diegs aired his side of the story as he was interviewed on Hotspot, hosted by Jai Ho, who worked alongside Diegs on the Pangako Sa 'Yo remake. >.<

Black Saturday Rerun: Diego Loyzaga on Wansapanataym Petrang Paminta

So Diego Loyzaga did get to star alongside Julia Barretto on this TV series "Wansapanataym: Petrang Paminta." I've been looking for videos to watch this but couldn't find any. So glad that ABS had a rerun of this particular episode. Well, the title role was obviously for Julia, but her leading man on the show was Diego. >.<

It was a bit part, but Diegs has definitely leveled up in his acting by now. I hope that he'll get to star in a super hero role someday! #wishfulthinking >.<

Flashback Friday: A Look Back on My Digsters Journey

Flashback Friday time! It won't be till a week from now, but this was from almost a year ago. Remember when Diego Loyzaga posted this on his Twitter account? I really thought his Jay F. character then was saying good-bye for good! I felt so devastated that I even posted my thoughts on it on my Tumblr site. That's my original fan site that still exists today. And that was way before this blog was even put up. >.< (Read the original article here.)

It later on turned out to be nothing more than an April Fool's Day prank from Diegs himself!!! Arrgghhh! And I fell for it... hook, line, and sinker. So I posted a follow up blog about it too! Ha ha ha! >.< (Read the original article here.)

Diegs must have read about my post. I'm not sure. I really never asked! But a few days after that April Fool's Day, I was surprised when I got a notification one wee hour of the morning that Diegs followed me on Twitter! Yeah, I didn't think much about it right away, thinking it was just another fan page account or the like. But when I indeed checked, it was truly THE Diego Loyzaga himself who followed me on Twitter. Right then and there, I decided to become part of his Digsters family. And the rest, as they say, is history... >.<

Ahh so good to look back and have such fond memories indeed! >.<

Throwback Thursday: Remembering Jay and Agnes

Can't believe it's been almost a year since I've become part of the Digsters family. Wanna know how it all started? >.< I'll look for that post for tomorrow, since I believe it was also Good Friday when I decided to become a fan of Diego Loyzaga. >.< For now, I'll focus on this throwback Thursday of Jay... and Agnes. Yeah, the last part of the 'series that was' was rather sad for Diegs' character Jay. He had the most challenges then, and yet still chose to be by Agnes' side. Agnes, however, was too dense to even notice that Jay had changed from his usual cheerful disposition. If there was one underrated character on that supposed 'best teleserye for 2015' it was Diego Loyzaga -- as Jay Fernandez! >.< He was the main reason I started watching Book 2 of the said series. I didn't like how the writers ended the first book. Then they seemed to just force the main characters together in the end. Something that probably won't ever happen in real life! D-uh?! >.<

But past is past. I've moved forward since then. Now I enjoy reminiscing Jay's character. I loved the musical part, esp. whenever Jay would perform songs and all. Seriously, Diego Loyzaga should record his own album. He's pretty good in performing LIVE, mind you! I'd love to one day attend an album launching mall tour! Inshallah! >.<

Meditate, reflect, and renew this holy week!

Hey, I am and will always be for DiegoLiza. But here's the latest news on Diegs, so I'm featuring it here too. As a fan, I've learned to draw the line between my fave artist's personal vs. professional lives. I make it a point not to meddle in personal affairs. Believe me, life is so much simpler that way. After all, I do know a thing or two about fangirling! Perhaps I can even write a book on it. LOL! >.< 

I'm truly excited for any news on Diegs' upcoming projects. I hope it happens really, really soon. I miss watching him on primetime TV already. 

Since it's the holy week, I do hope you'll find time for some quiet meditation. Do reflect and renew. It will be good not only for your physical health, but it will also do wonders for your mental health!

Diego Loyzaga's Dad Defends Him

Found this article on PEP.ph. Diego Loyzaga's dad, Cesar Montano, defends son against accusers. I'm quite pleased when I found this article. I'm glad that Diegs' dad has stepped up to defend him. As a celebrity, Diego has everything to lose and nothing to gain from this incident. It is rather unfortunate that he was the only familiar face in the venue. I'm more inclined to believe that Diegs is wrongly accused in the whole incident. >.<

Diegs, we're praying with you and your family for the immediate resolution of this case. Be strong! Keep the faith!

Diego Loyzaga as Jay Fernandez... on flashback Friday! >.< I suddenly felt the need to reminisce on Diegs' Jay character on the 'series that was.' I totally remember the first time ever that I met Diegs in person. It was pretty strange how his real persona reminded me so much of his character Jay! >.< Yup, he has that happy and cheerful disposition and he's such a darling! One simply can't help but really, really like him! So, I definitely won't believe such stories of his starting some fight somewhere. Tsk! No, no, no, that's just not the Diegs I knew. >.<

Throwback Thursday : I Love Diego Loyzaga's Musicality

Thank God it's Thursday! It's time to interrupt all stressful news about Diego Loyzaga at the moment. Time for a little bit of throwback... I love Diegs' musicality... perhaps that's one reason why I enjoyed watching him play Jay F.'s character on the 'series that was.' Seriously, he should have been given the chance to record the songs he played and sang back then. Diegs sings so well that he really deserves to have a recording album of his own!!! >.<

I pray that Diego will be given more quality projects soon. I'm actually feeling sad that he's being involved in an issue right now. I must say that Diegs has been waiting for a break for a long time... now that it's possible, then comes this altercation issue. Boo-hoo-hoo! >.<
