It's flashback Friday once more... Did you get to watch Diego Loyzaga's first ever birthday celebration on ASAP 20? >.< I'm so happy he finally got the attention he so deserves. I hope that he'll also have more, more, more ASAP exposure 'coz he can really sing well. Plus, I do hope he gets to record his own album soon! >.< I've heard more than a few versions of this song, but my fave so far is Diego's version! >.< I wish he'll have more solo song numbers on ASAP too! I couldn't help it but repost these bts photos grabbed from IG. Clearly, the camera loved Diego Loyzaga, and he looked so dashing during his birthday bash on ASAP20 last Sunday! >.< I actually shrieked when I saw him come out on stage... and I was at home then, watching on TV. I could only imagine what it would be like if I were in the audience that time. OMG! I'm sure Diego fans from all around the globe would be clamoring for more of his presence on ASAP20. May this pave the way for his many upcoming guestings on the show!
The night before Diego Loyzaga's birthday bash on ASAP20, ASAP Official released the ASAP Twitter Party HT for Diego. Naturally, fans like us DiegoLiza shippers were looking forward to it.
On the morning of the ASAP celebration, Diego shared a photo with Chachi Gonzales on his IG account.
ASAP Official also shared a bts photo of Diego before the show. I'm guessing this was during rehearsals before the show.
My take on the show was that the #asapaskDiego segment was too brief. There was hardly any time left for Diego to reply to any questions at all. But glad for this one tweet that we believe was too sweet of him.
His Full Circle segment towards the end of the show was worth the wait. Though I did get a bit too impatient on having to wait too long for such a brief segment. There wasn't even time to greet him after his number.
Despite the too brief segment, we were totally impressed that Diego Loyzaga managed somehow to trend even for a while after his performance.
Diego is truly impressive. We hope that his ASAP guesting last Sunday is just the first of many. We believe he has real talent waiting to be explored. We'd definitely love to see more of him on LIVE! performance. DiegoLiza shippers and many of his fans hope that a recording album launch is in the offing. >.<
We're thankful to ASAP for giving Diego Loyzaga a chance to appear on the show. But we hope that next time around, he would be given a little more time and exposure. May this guesting be just the start of many beautiful things to come for him...
Technically speaking, this was the second project of DLizters. If I'm not mistaken, this was a rushed project, as I didn't find out about this until the last minute. It's a great thing we were able to pull it off with the help of Digsters. Thanks much to Miss Fran as well for the photos provided below.
As we all know, Diego celebrated his Bday on ASAP20 last Sunday. It's the first time for such a big celebration. We hope it won't be his last as well. We are indeed looking forward to more project launches as well as a recording album launch -- we hope it won't take that long! >.< DiegoLiza shippers love Diego Loyzaga, and we're here to support him in all his endeavors. Here's to more projects to come...
