La la la la La Presa... the song is still in my head even after a year has passed... yeah! I've even downloaded the short clip from YT so I could have it in my playlist... so good to look back on the good episodes, esp. the JayNes moments on the 'series that was.' >.<

I'm still hoping that Diego's stint on the series would land him a recording album. I guess he will have to do more covers to be noticed.. just like Sue Ramirez and the others... >.< #wishfulthinking #dreamcometrue

Way Back Wednesday: From My Tumblr Archive 13

Can't get enough of this guy... Diego Loyzaga... here as Jay Fernandez on the series that was. I guess I made this post when we had some kind of Jay withdrawal from the series. Yeah, those times when Jay didn't have any scenes at all. Boo-hoo! Now, I've been missing Diegs on TV. I hope they have started shooting for his upcoming movie. Though I'm not one for watching scary local films, I just may need to overcome that and watch Diegs on 'Bloody Crayons.' I wonder when they plan to have it shown... it's a pretty star-studded movie too. I simply can't wait! >.<

For lack of the latest materials on Diego Loyzaga, let me move some of my Tumblr posts about him. Honestly, I didn't realize there are lots of them. LOL! Seems blogging has always been a hobby of mine. >.<

Diego's character Jay sang to Liza's character Agnes. The Time Machine Band won the Battle of the Bands. Jay, Agnes' knight in shining armor, always manages to cheer her up and make her smile. Ahhh, I personally think it foolish that Agnes wouldn't fall for a guy such as Jay. <SIGH> Oh well, if I had a hand in writing this story, I would have made it a Jay-Agnes 'happy ever after' ending. >.<

Way Back Wednesday: Diego Loyzaga Loves His Bashers

As featured on PEP.PH, Diego Loyzaga said that he loves his bashers. Let's face it, in this day and age of the social media, public personalities are truly prone to being bashed, sometimes more harshly than they deserve. But even negative comments could be channeled in a positive way. In Diego's case, he claims that it truly helps him improve in his craft. I actually commend Diego for such a positive attitude. One cannot totally control others' opinions, but one can always choose how he/she would react to them. >.<

It's funny how the Gino & Trixie story somehow reminded me of Jay & Agnes on the series that was. Only this time around, the guy got the girl. I am truly happy that Diego got to be a part of "The BreakUp Playlist." It's not every day that young artists would get to work closely with Sarah G. and Piolo Pascual. >.< It's rightfully deserved too as Diego and Maris could both sing well. I sure hope ABS Mgt. would somehow also release a version of "Paano Ba ang Magmahal?" sung by Diego Loyzaga and Maris Racal. >.< 

Plus, Diego fans from all over are absolutely delighted that we get to watch Diego almost nightly on prime time TV as David on the remake of "Pangako Sa 'Yo." It's such a blessing indeed! >.< We hope that a main lead project is in the works for Diego soon!

Liza Soberano is truly one of the prettiest faces in Philippine showbiz right now. She is lovely even without make up and looks outrightly drop-dead gorgeous when all dolled up. 

I hope that I'll also get a chance to meet her in person one day. Plus, that she'll have more solo projects and get a chance to work with Diego Loyzaga once again as a tandem on their own show. >.< #everythingispossible #whentherighttimecomes #makeithappen #dreamcometrue

With such a feminine appeal, Liza needs to be paired up with someone who's more manly in looks and appeal. I feel that a DiegoLiza tandem is truly ideal. >.<

I've always admired and liked Liza Soberano from way back then. Here she was featured as one of the five covers for the 25th Anniversary of Metro Magazine May 2014 issue, alongside with Miss World 2013 Megan Young, Marian Rivera, Kim Chiu, and Toni Gonzaga. Personally, I believe that's quite an achievement for a newbie such as Liza. >.<

May her stars continue to shine. I hope and pray she won't be stuck in a love tandem, but that she would be paired with other artists as well, especially our love Diego Loyzaga. Way Back Wednesday: Diego Loyzaga Articles on the Philippine Daily Inquirer

Mr. Nestor Torre of the PDI seems to have a fondness for Diego Loyzaga and his character Jay on the series that was. Well, not that it's not well deserved, DiegoLiza shippers agree that Mr. Torre indeed had good points. Diego has the projection of a star. His presence onscreen alone leaves a lot of teens and women gasping for breath. >.<

On yet another PDI article, Mr. Torre once more gave Diego Loyzaga another citation. I'm sure that all of Diego's fans all around the globe would agree that he did an awesome job as Jay Fernandez on the series that was! He was not just another third wheel. He gave the main lead quite a big scare that he could have stolen the show! >.< 

We hope that his character David on PSY the remake would also leave his mark on the viewers. We would love to eventually watch Diego and Liza together on a show of their own. Inshallah! >.<

I did mention how long I've been following Liza Soberano's career, right? Well, this copy of the Chalk Magazine where she was featured was on the archive of my Tumblr account. I'm now sharing it here. I totally loved her feature that I have my own copy of this magazine in my collection. Perhaps one day I'll get to meet Liza in person and have her sign it. >.<

Such a sweet smile on such a pretty face... Liza deserves the perfect guy who would treat her right! And we have the right guy in mind! >.<

At the end of the day, we are hoping against hope that our petition for a Diego Loyzaga - Liza Soberano project would be granted. Diego and Liza are not only near the same age group, but they also look great together onscreen. We believe that the public has seen that on the series that was.
